ALL of our CapnoLearning™ services can be provided either in person OR remotely on the Internet with Skype (or telephone). We provide an initial evaluation session, and then based on the results we provide CapnoLearning™ packages for clients, both locally and throughout the United States. These packages include a specific number of learning-consultation sessions (minimum, 6 sessions) in combination with use of one of our CapnoTrainers® for a specific time frame (minimum, 1 month).

Besides initial evaluation sessions, we do not provide single learning sessions until a package has been completed. Learning new breathing behaviors is about continuous learning in the field (office or home), not brief weekly guidance sessions in an office environment. Success requires your commitment to learning, not simply your willingness to receive consultation.

The CapnoTrainer® instrument is software-operated. You observe your own breathing physiology and behavior “live” on your own computer monitor. Based on evaluation of your breathing behavior, our Certified Breathing Practitioners provide you with CapnoLearning™ sessions that are usually accomplished over the Internet (rather than in person), where they operate the CapnoTrainer® from our offices while you use it in the field.

The breathing interview is a 25-minute telephone, or Skype, consultation based on a breathing checklist completed by you on the Internet. It does not include evaluation with a CapnoTrainer®. It is a service offered for those who cannot, or do not wish to, schedule an appointment in person, and who have not yet purchased a package which includes use of a CapnoTrainer®. It is designed to help you determine whether or not you have a breathing-related problem.  

The breathing behavior evaluation is a 50 minute comprehensive ''live'' study of your breathing behavior with the CapnoTrainer. It includes the Breathing Interview, continuous monitoring of your CO2 levels and other breathing physiology, and a written evaluation report. The evaluation is usually done in person, but may also be accomplished through remote Internet service. 

The Package 6 includes use of the CapnoTrainer for one month along with 6 learning-consultation sessions over the Internet (or in person if preferred). 

The Package 6E is identical to Package 6, but also includes the Breathing Behavior Evaluation with CapnoTrainer. 

The Package 8 includes use of the CapnoTrainer for two months along with 8 learning-consultation sessions. 

The Package 8E is identical to Package 8, but also includes the Breathing Behavior Evaluation with CapnoTrainer. 

Package 6 may be upgraded to Package 8 at any time, for an additional month with the CapnoTrainer and two additional sessions. 

Additional sessions may be booked on a session by session basis during package periods. 

Additional sessions may be purchased in blocks of four, at a reduced session rate. 

Continued personal learning with the CapnoTrainer, after the completion of a package, may be extended on a week by week basis, without consultation sessions with a practitioner.
